In de 3th phase of the Mentorship you have given us information about periodising ESD work into weekly programmes.
Can you give some more base, interval, lineair, multidirectional and sportspecific examples, or more information about this?
Are you using always the same strategy in timeblocs: first 30seconds red zone, then 1 min;, 2 min.,.........Is there a methodology for using this time changing intervals?
